What to eat in Bangi from breakfast to dinner-24hours/ Restoran sedap abngi

Bandar Baru Bangi is a new modern city and expanding very fast. It's also an academic city since it houses UKM and other educational institutions. Despite being labeled as an academic town, it's also a mecca for good food. There're lots of places that we can actually enjoy the gastronomy experiences in this town.

For breakfast  Tamam Restaurant/ Ajwa restaurant

For breakfast, if one prefers Nasi Lemak I would recommend a visitor to Bangi to try Nasi lemak at Restoran Tamam or previously know as Ajwa near Section 9 of the town. It's situated not far from the junction of the main masjid, Masjid Hasannah or located at the Gandaria showroom. The aroma of the rice is so appetizing as it is cooked with lots of Cardamon, cinnamon and probably some ginger. It smells out of this world together with the quite spicy sambal that is perfectly cooked. The Nasi lemak comes with high quality fried anchovies and nicely toasted ground peanuts. For nasi lemak biasa at RM 4,20 its a bit on the high side but considering the good presentation of the dish and very clean utensils and restaurant, the price seems reasonable.




For lunch Chinese dishes Mohd Chan Abdullah

I would suggest that a visitor have their lunch at Restoran Mohd Chan Abdullah. The place serves nice delectable authentic Chinese dishes and quite reasonable prices. The restaurant is not that far from Bangi Sentral, a popular spot for women to look for the latest shawl and expensive up to date a
apparels


 

For Lunch Japanese dishes Nippon sushi

Another restaurant that serves nice dishes would be the best Japanese restaurant called Nippon Sushi. The place serves authentic Japanese cuisine better than most other Japanese restaurants in Malaysia. The prices of the dishes are also not too extremely pricy. Service is quite good and the place is quite clean



For Dinner Azura Satay

For dinner, I would recommend a visitor to the town to have the original satay Kajang. You don't need to go to Kajang to have a proper satay experience. There's a place in Bangi that you can have Satay Kajang. I believe the best place to have Satay Kajang is at Azura Satay in Section 3 of the town. The stay is moist and roasted to perfection using medium heat charcoal heat, The gravy is full of peanut and quite thick and sweet. The quite big pieces of tender meat are pierced using the bamboo skewer.
